The Foundation for Global Leadership was founded in 2002 to strengthen leadership worldwide to better ensure sustainable development and democracy. FGL uses a tri-fold approach to accomplish our vision: * International Executive Leadership Initiatives that provide opportunities for business and community leaders to visit developing countries to better understand the needs, strengths and challenges facing emerging democracies. * Promote global citizenship through international service learning opportunities for university and high school students to understand the role of non-governmental organizations in emerging democracies and better understand critical issues pertaining to sustainable peace and development. * Connect American business leaders to non-governmental organizations in need of technical assistance and capacity building.

Community Support

As an action of honor and to assist members of our community who may find themselves in need of some basic support at this time, please consider bringing some bottled water, bags of rice, pasta, lentils, beans, other non-perishable food items, personal hygiene items including toothpaste, shampoo, soap to all community gatherings sponsored by The FUSION Foundation. We will deliver these offerings to Joshua Tree Feed Program and Desert Mission Food Bank.
